Suwanna is the glue of the leadership team in Women's Health. She is organized, dedicated, reliable and hardworking. What is your number one health tip for women?

Make time to have regular self-care days. As women, we tend to naturally want to care for others and often forget that if we don't care for ourselves first, we won't be able to take care of our loved ones.

How can women better prioritize their health every day?

Create a routine! At the end of the day, it all comes down to the basics. Make sure you are drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, and ensuring that your body is getting the nutrients it needs to live a long and healthy life.

What obstacles do women face in reaching their health goals?

I think the biggest obstacle that women face in reaching their health goals is themselves. Women tend to prioritize the needs of others before themselves and that can be the biggest barrier. If you prioritize your own health, then you can come back better to take care of everyone else. 

What does a healthy woman look like to you?

A healthy woman is someone who is genuinely happy and has something that they are passionate
