Do you have a favorite song? If you had to choose an anthem what would it be? 

Yes – I’m working on my Building and my anthem would be – Lift every voice and sing

What’s on your reading list? 

Self Help and motivational books on how to help other women overcome their struggles as I have 

What’s your ideal weather? 

Hot and shiny, able to sit under a cool tree with lots of water to drink and fruit to eat and just enjoy the day! 

If you could go anywhere for a day, where would you go? 

To heaven just so I could see my mom and let her know how well her daughter has turned out. She would be very proud of the struggles I’ve overcame. 

What advice would you give yourself early on in your career? To woman entering your field today? 

Learn all I can – go back to school for more education in Business, ask more question and learn all I can. That would be the advice for self and others! 

Can you tell us about an important role model or mentor in your life? 

Yes I have several! One is Kelly Anglim, she has been a strong role model in my career since day one. I have admired her from a far because she’s a go getter and she loves helping others go as far as they would love to go! Then there is my Supervisor Jeremiah Eptaico, Jeff Chiu for all he’s accomplished and has shared himself with all, Laura Padilla for believing in me from day one and of course Susan Forstat for also believing in my accomplishments! Thank you to all that have played a big part in my career thus far. There are so many but I can’t put them all on paper. So thank you UCSF Family for your continual support. It’s because of you I’ve made it this far.
